Minor policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will complete a Minor Intake Form and Minor Liability Release, and who will remain in the treatment room throughout the entire session of their first session. After that, the parent or guardian must give the therapist consent to see them on their own if 16+. Minors are not allowed unsupervised in the lobby during an adult's appointment. I highly encourage calling before booking a session for your dependent, so you can better determine we are the right fit.

Inappropriate Conduct & Right to Refusal

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no illicit component to massage therapy and any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities and notify other local massage therapists as a safety precaution for our colleagues. Your massage therapist has the right to refuse service to any client suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent that they may inhibit your ability to give appropriate feedback during the massage. Each client also has the right to end a session at any point if you find yourself with a personal emergency, in pain, or otherwise uncomfortable with proceeding through the scheduled session. We retain the right to charge for the full service regardless of the amount of time received. We understand if you need to end a session early, but please let us know if there's any way we can improve.
