I work with clients whose bodies have been through too much. Many live with chronic pain, inflammation, or injury and have felt dismissed or rushed by traditional massage chains or the medical system. My clients are seeking relief, calm, and someone who truly listens to their body.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in pain management, medical massage, injury rehabilitation, and lymphatic drainage. I work with a wide range of clients, including weekend warriors, autoimmune patients, pre- and post-operative clients, students, and professional athletes.

My approach blends science-backed techniques with nervous-system–aware care to help clients feel lighter, more functional, and more in control of their bodies again.

Beyond one-on-one care, I’m deeply committed to community wellness through education, outreach, and increasing access to therapeutic resources. I continually advance my training in myofascial release, myoskeletal therapy, cupping, and kinesiology taping to remain at the forefront of evidence-based care. I’m a certified member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and every session is designed to be intentional, personalized, and results-driven.

Known for her attentive care and personalized approach, Tiffany takes the time to truly understand her clients’ needs, tailoring each session to provide effective, results-driven treatments. Whether addressing chronic pain, post-op recovery, or stress relief, she blends skill and compassion to create a therapeutic experience that restores balance and well-being.

Audris is our medical massage therapist specializing in pain management

As a graduate of Parker University School of Massage, Audris employs a combination of therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness. As an integrative massage practitioner, her approach considers each client’s unique physical condition and wellness goals, allowing her to tailor treatments that effectively address their specific needs.

 

Since 2023, Audris has served as a team therapist for the Dallas Cowboys, working with professional athletes to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and maintain peak physical performance. Her expertise in sports massage has made her a key asset to the team for both the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

 

Audris began her journey into healthcare by obtaining a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her academic training has equipped her with a deep understanding of human anatomy and emotional health, which she integrates seamlessly into her practice.

 

Audris’s passion for helping others extends beyond her clinical work; she actively participates in our local wellness community. Whether through networking, seminars, or community outreach, she is dedicated to educating others about the benefits of massage therapy.

Jennifer’s background includes nearly 14 years working in a physical therapy setting, where she collaborated closely with physical therapists and gained extensive hands-on experience in rehabilitation and recovery. This foundation allows her to take a clinical, results-driven approach to massage, bridging the gap between traditional massage therapy and medical care.

Her passion for healing led her to specialize in medical massage, where she focuses on pain management, injury recovery, and therapeutic outcomes tailored to each client’s needs. Jennifer has witnessed firsthand the impact that intentional, therapeutic touch can have on both physical recovery and overall well-being.
